Billy’s Wish resources are to be used within an educational setting in schools and youth groups. They are not for individual or family use. *

My organisation will stream the films from the Billy’s Wish website and will not download them *

It is not permitted to make commercial use of, or profit from, any part of Billy’s Wish Education Programme. *

Lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations can be downloaded from the website by registered users only. These resources may be shared on the educational establishment’s shared networks. *

The resources may be edited and adapted as required by teaching staff, providing that: Billy’s Wish is credited as the source / author, Billy’s Wish branding is retained on teaching resources, the resources may not be shared externally *

I understand that persons external to the educational institution such as parents and friends are considered not ‘directly connected with the establishment’. Therefore, if the establishment intends to include parents and others in the audience for the showing of the Billy’s wish films, permission must be obtained from Billy’s Wish. *
